There are two ways to login to ActivePipe.

Login to ActivePipe via SIR Access

If you're logged into Chrome with your scenicsir.com credentials, you should see the destinproperties.com Bookmarks folder in the Bookmarks Bar. Click this folder and then click on SIR Access in the menu that appears. Login to SIR Access using your sothebysrealty.com credentials. In most cases, your username is in the format of firstname.lastname@sothebysrealty.com. If you've onboarded with the company recently, open your Onboarding Checklist and click on the Credentials tab. SIR Access uses two-factor authentication so it will require that you send a code to the mobile phone number associated with your account. If you're an assistant logging in on behalf of an agent, you'll need to coordinate with them so that they're prepared to send you the code promptly after requesting it. The code is only valid for a short time. Once logged in, click the menu icon in the upper left-hand corner of the site and select Apps & Tools. By default, you should be viewing My Favorites. If you don't see ActivePipe as an option, click on The Brand tab. Clicking the ActivePipe icon will immediately log you in to the platform.

Login to ActivePipe Directly

From the destinproperties.com Bookmarks folder menu, click on ActivePipe. If you've never logged into ActivePipe directly before, you'll need to click the Forgot? link next to the password field. Enter your sothebysrealty.com email address and click the Send Email button. Your sothebysrealty.com email address is set to forward to your scenicsir.com email address, and you should receive an email from ActivePipe that includes a link to reset your password. Resetting this password doesn't change the password associated with your sothebysrealty.com email address, nor does it prevent you from logging in to ActivePipe via SIR Access. Once your password is set, return to the ActivePipe login page.
