The more properties a lead views that match their search criteria, the better the upcoming listings will match that criteria, thereby reducing the likelihood of a mismatch.

If you would prefer that a lead in BoomTown NOT receive ANY upcoming listings, apply the tag called “Coming Soon Exclude All.” When a coming soon best fit lead email is prepared for an upcoming listing, all leads with this tag will be EXCLUDED from our send.
