Misplaced Question Mark
Do you see a question mark at the beginning of an email a BoomTown lead responded to?
If so, fear not! This is likely the result of a known bug with iOS users when the version of iOS on their iPhone or iPad is out-of-date. When these users respond to an email sent to them from BoomTown, a question mark will be added to the beginning of your original message. Because this issue originates from the iOS user, a fix cannot be implemented.
The good news is, when your email was sent out, it did not include the question mark and it is not visible to your lead.
