Scenic Sotheby's International Realty established an exclusive unlimited IT support program for its team members with Chuck Stacey and 30A Nerds.

This optional, though highly-recommended service is $30 per month and is billed to you through Scenic Connect. The service includes:

• Unlimited time and waived trip fees.
• Remote and onsite support options.
• 24/7 hardware condition monitoring. (Your screen activity and data are not monitored. Device temperature and memory usage are monitored for readings indicative of a potential issue that can be further investigated.)
• Enterprise-level security, providing protection against viruses and malware.
• Routine system patch management.
• Routine data back-up.
• Personal shopping and system migration.
• Regularly-scheduled group training.
• One-on-one training for PC to Mac converts.

Chuck's open rate is $125 per hour with a one-hour minimum, plus $20 trip fee, which is equivalent to nearly 5 months of coverage with this program.

Additional systems can be covered at a reduced rate of $15 per month. If you employ an admin, their system can also be covered at a reduced rate of $15 per month.

If you decide that this program is not for you, we will ask that you sign a hold-harmless agreement.
