Policy Statement
Scenic Sotheby's International Realty is committed to maintaining a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. We uphold a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of discrimination or harassment based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
Definitions & Examples
- Discrimination: Any adverse employment action taken based on a protected characteristic rather than job-related qualifications.
- Harassment: Unwelcome conduct (verbal, physical, or visual) that creates a hostile or offensive work environment.
- Sexual Harassment: Includes unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.
Complaint & Investigation Procedure
- Employees should report incidents of discrimination or harassment to management.
- Investigations will be handled promptly and confidentially.
- Retaliation against employees who report misconduct in good faith is strictly prohibited.
