BoomTown Goal Achievement Standards

All agents are eligible to participate in the organic lead flow at no charge by achieving our standards each week. If you do not meet one or more of our goal achievement standards, your organic lead flow will be paused for one week at which time the lead flow will resume if all goals are met the following week.
Our goal achievement standards are:
- Usage: Log-in to BoomTown on your computer or phone at least once in the last 14 days.
- Automation: 25% or more of your leads with a valid email address should have an e-Alert.
- New Leads: 25% or more of your New leads have been responded to.
- New Leads: No more than 25% of your new leads are still in New category.
The agents who secure 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place on the monthly leaderboard will be featured in the Scenic Success email and receive double the organic lead flow for the following month.
