Did you receive a reply to a coming soon email sent on your behalf through BoomTown?

Do you need help figuring out what listing they would like more information about?

We intentionally leave out the listing address and list price in our coming soon best fit lead emails sent through BoomTown. But, you can figure out what listing the email refers to by scrolling down to the bottom of the email and looking for an alphanumeric code beneath your signature.

The letters at the beginning of this code correspond to the office the listing agent is associated with:

• SRB - Santa Rosa Beach (This is the Blue Mountain Beach office.)
• SB - Seagrove Beach
• IB - Inlet Beach (This is the 30Avenue office.)
• D - Destin

The numbers that follow correspond with the street number of the listing. If you want to search the upcoming listings from the dashboard of Scenic Connect, you can enter those numbers and you'll likely get the one listing you're looking for.

When a lead responds to one of these emails requesting photos, price, and additional details, reply to the lead in Boomtown, and in the Message Templates dropdown, look through the “_Coming Soon Follow-Up” email templates that appear at the top of the list for the one that includes the matching code.

These templates include the listing address, the list price, a link to the Photo Gallery website in Scenic Connect, as well as the username and password the lead will need to access it. Those credentials are currently set to:

Username: ssir
Password: ssir24

You can make changes to these templates prior to replying if you're responding from your computer, but you won't be able to edit the template if you're replying from the BoomTownNOW app.
