Invalid Token Error
If you received an error message from Cloud CMA that reads, “The token you provided is invalid.” we recommend you follow the steps laid out below:
- Log-out of Cloud CMA.
- In your Chrome web browser, click on the three-dots to the right of your headshot in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, to the right of the address bar, and click on Settings.
- In Settings, click “Privacy and security” from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Under Privacy and security, click “Clear browsing data.”
- Under Basic, leave all three boxes checked and click the blue “Clear data” button.
- Close Chrome, then re-open Chrome.
- Log-in to Cloud CMA and re-attempt the step that produced the error message. If the error message occurs again immediately after following the steps above, reach out to Will for assistance.
