Eli is the administrator for Prominence Property Owners Association. She handles the changes of ownership, welcoming new owners, and she is the first point of contact for the POA.
Whenever your client closes on a property in Prominence, send Eli the warranty deed and an owner information form found here. Eli can process the change of ownership and welcome the new owners. If the paperwork is sent to resales, it takes 2-4 weeks to process the change of ownership whereas Eli can do this within 5 business days most of the time. This will allow for your client to have access to the member portal, helpful local information and vendors, pool and fitness center codes, and a breakdown of quarterly dues and how to get those paid.
