Conference Rooms
Conference rooms are available for team members to use on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve a conference room, add it to your event in Google Calendar. This will block the room for your scheduled time and prevent double booking.
We recommend adding 15 minutes before and after your meeting to allow time for setup and to avoid overlapping with the next booking.
Customer appointments take priority over internal meetings. If a customer appointment requires a reserved room, the person who booked it should be contacted to discuss any necessary changes.
If an agent needs to hold an unplanned meeting with customers after showing them properties, they can call the main office and a staff member will assist in booking an available conference room.
