Agent Affiliation Incentive
Did you have a great experience with a co-broke agent during a recent transaction?
Can you see this agent in signature Sotheby's International Realty blue?
If so, we encourage you to bring this agent to our attention by sending Wes Madden and Will Maberry an email or text. From there, the following will take place.
- We'll perform an analysis of that agents' production.
- The agent and their production analysis will be presented to the Leadership Council, who will provide personal feedback and vote to either continue or suspend conversations with that agent.
- The decision of the Leadership Council will be shared with you. If their vote was to continue conversations, you'll be given the green light to pursue a coffee or lunch appointment with the agent. During this appointment, we encourage you to ask the agent if they'd object to learning more about Scenic Sotheby's International Realty and what a possible move could mean for their business.
- If you succeed in gaining commitment, help the agent schedule an appointment with Wes using his Calendly link. We recommend you set a reminder for yourself to follow-up after this appointment to answer any remaining questions they may have.
- Once you've followed-up and confirmed that the appointment took place, we ask that you complete our Agent Affiliation Incentive Form. This form effectively ties you to this agent in our system, so that in the event this agent affiliates with Scenic Sotheby's International Realty, you'll be eligible to receive our agent affiliation incentive. We encourage you to periodically check-in with this agent following your coffee or lunch appointment, and offer guidance as they pursue this opportunity.
- Following their successful affiliation, we encourage you to mentor this agent to ensure their transition is a success and that their business flourishes.
- After their first anniversary with Scenic Sotheby's International Realty, we'll generate a report calculating the company dollar earned for each of their transactions closed during their first year with the company. You'll be presented with a check for 10% of this amount, capped at $5,000.
Limitations and Qualifications
- This agent affiliation incentive is limited to the recruitment of single agents and team leaders. Agents recruited to teams are excluded.
- You must be in good financial standing with the company to receive this incentive.
- This incentive shall be paid to you no more than 10 business days after the first anniversary of the recruited agent.
- Final approval of this incentive is at the sole discretion of Wes Madden.
