Ridge Nye Ridge joined the company in 2008 and passed on April 21, 2012 after a two-year battle with ALS – also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. Not only was Ridge a real estate agent, he was a comedian, sailboat captain and avid music lover. We honored Ridge's memory by dedicating the original conference room at our Blue Mountain Beach office to him as The Nye Room. |

Pat Carlyle Pat joined the company in 2005 and passed on August 6, 2019. Pat loved her horses, her dogs and her meditation practice, and was a community servant, serving on the board of CHELCO for 13 years. On November 14, 2019, we honored Pat's memory by dedicating our Blue Mountain Beach office to her as The Carlyle Building. |

Larry Davis Local icon Larry Davis is the broker owner of Davis Properties of Northwest Florida. In April 2022, we purchased Larry's office building in Seagrove Beach, establishing a new location for our company in its place. We honor Larry by dedicating the lounge at our Seagrove Beach office – Larry's former office – to him as The Davis Room. |

Finley Hair "Uncle Finley" is responsible for orchestrating our affiliation with the Sotheby's International Realty brand. We honor Finley by dedicating the conference room at our Seagrove Beach office to him as The Finley Room. Finley retired from Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates, LLC in 2021. |
| Dawn Thurber The late Dawn Thurber was a prolific and talented architect who created hundreds of beautiful homes along 30A. Among her projects was our Blue Mountain Beach office, now known as The Carlyle Building. We honored Dawn's memory by dedicating one of the conference rooms at that office to her as The Thurber Room. |
