1. Download your headshot to your phone's camera.
   1. Open Google Drive app.
   2. Select Files in bottom right.
   3. Select Shared Drives in top right.
   4. Open Marketing Shared Drive.
   5. Click on Headshots.
   6. Click on 500 x 500.
   7. Open your headshot.
   8. Press and hold on your headshot to display the Save to camera roll prompt. Click OK.
2. Obtain your BoomTown Number.
   1. Open the BoomTownNOW app.
   2. Click the gear in the top right corner.
   3. Write down your BoomTown number.
3. Open Contacts app.
4. Open My Card at the top of the list.
5. Click Edit in top right corner.
6. Click Edit below your existing headshot.
7. Choose the second option shown to browse your Camera Roll.
8. Click your headshot and follow the prompts.
9. Scroll to the bottom and click Add Field and choose Job Title.
10. Update your title. We recommend our agents use Global Real Estate Advisor.
11. Include the complete company name: Scenic Sotheby's International Realty
12. Use the “mobile” or “iPHone” label for your cell number.
13. Add your BoomTown number using the “work” label.
14.  Add the  “work” label to your scenicsir.com email address.
15. Add your BoomTown subdomain as your homepage.
16. Add the address of the office you are assigned to, or most regularly meet customers at using the “work” label. You're welcome to add all of our office addresses.
17. Add any other information you would like the option to share.
