Outbound Referral Payments

When paying an outbound referral, we encourage you to request that the title company cut a check for the referral amount directly to the referring brokerage.
When adding a transaction to Scenic Connect that involves an outbound referral, it is important that you add that referral to the transaction. When you do so, payment instructions will be added to the commission disbursement authorization, prepared and delivered to the title company by our finance team.
