Our marketing department offers a subscription-based social media management program. The program includes three tiers that offer a variety of posting frequencies, content customization, and fee structures.

1. Autoflow
   1. $75 per month plus $45 one-time connection fee
   2. posts to Facebook and Instagram
   3. We put our posts on your pages. This means you get all editorial posts, property-centric posts, holiday graphics, etc. at the brokerage level posted to your account. Where appropriate, these include a custom link to your BoomTown subdomain.
   4. 12-18 posts per month
   5. Auto-responder message setup included, plus custom branded tracking links in both your Facebook and Instagram bios.
2. Mastermind
   1. $140 per month plus $45 one-time connection fee
   2. posts to Facebook and Instagram
   3. Our “Autoflow” plan plus 5-7 custom posts per month, orchestrated at least five days in advance of the post date/time. These custom posts can be client testimonials, personal/team listings or changes, personal content, or other agent collaborated content. Custom posts can be requested through a specialized task in Scenic Connect.
   4. 15-22 posts per month
   5. Auto-responder message setup included, plus custom branded tracking links in both your Facebook and Instagram bios.
3. Influencer
   1. $175 per month plus $45 one-time connection fee
   2. posts to Facebook and Instagram
   3. Our “Autoflow” plan plus 7-10 custom posts per month, orchestrated at least 5 days in advance of the post day/time. These custom posts can be client testimonials, personal/team listings or changes, personal content, or other agent collaborated content. Custom posts can be requested through a specialized task in Scenic Connect.
   4. 17-25 posts per month
