As our company grows, it is vitally important that our culture remain intimate. In 2018, our leadership council was formed. Consisting of seven peer-elected team members who serve as a steering committee, they weigh in on decisions affecting our agents involving such topics as policy, collective marketing, recruit evaluation and philanthropic involvement.
Because we value the input of the leaders on our team, we want to be intentional about involving you in our decision-making process. If you have a concern you'd like brought before the leadership council, we encourage you to discuss it with one of our current leadership council members below.
The current council will be recognized at our annual awards gala in January after which a newly-elected council will be installed. The election takes place in January. All agents, agent admins and staff members affiliated with Scenic Sotheby's International Realty at the beginning of the election process are eligible to serve on the leadership council. We ask that you vote for team members who exemplify our culture and live our core values daily, considering team members that lead even without a title.
