This 00:54 demo video will guide you through the process of adjusting the Camera settings on your iPhone to produce photo files that are most compatible with our platforms.
- Click on the Settings app.
- Scroll down until you find Camera.
- Click on Camera.
- Click on Formats.
- Select Most Compatible. The High Efficiency format often produces unpredictable results when uploading these photos to a platform like Scenic Connect and is not recommended.
- Return to your Home Screen.
