Employees of or 1099 self-employed independent contractors affiliated with Scenic Sotheby's International Realty who use their vehicle in the course of business are asked to update their auto insurance policies to add Scenic Sotheby's International Realty as an additional insured or as an additional interest.
At minimum, your coverage levels should be:
- $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident for bodily injury liability
- $50,000 for property damage
- $300,000 combined single limit (CSL) liability is also acceptable
Send your policy coverage page and proof of insurance card in PDF format to operations@scenicsir.com and after each policy renewal during your affiliation with Scenic Sotheby's International Realty.
