Commitment to a Respectful Workplace
We are committed to maintaining a workplace where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes harassment based on age, ancestry, color, marital status, medical conditions, disabilities, national origin, race, religion, sex, gender identity or orientation, veteran status, or any other category protected by law.
What to Do If You Experience Harassment
If you experience harassment from a colleague, customer, vendor, or anyone else while conducting business, please report it to management as soon as possible.
Sexual Harassment
Sexual harassment includes unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and any verbal, visual, or physical behavior of a sexual nature that:
- Is made a condition of employment,
- Influences employment decisions, or
- Creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.
Sexual harassment is prohibited regardless of the genders involved.
Other Forms of Harassment
Harassment isn’t limited to sexual misconduct. It can also include:
- Using slurs or offensive language,
- Displaying offensive images related to a protected category,
- Bullying, whether in person, online, or outside of work,
- Practical jokes that may be offensive or harmful.
If you're unsure whether something is inappropriate, ask management for guidance.
Reporting Harassment
If you believe you’ve been harassed, report the incident to management as soon as possible. Your report can be written or verbal and should include details of the incident, names of those involved, and any witnesses.
Investigation and Consequences
All reports will be investigated. If harassment is found to have occurred, appropriate action will be taken, which may include disciplinary measures up to termination. If a report is found to be false and made in bad faith, disciplinary action may also be taken.
We are committed to a workplace free from harassment and encourage everyone to report concerns without fear of retaliation.
