Video is an especially effective method for delivering exciting updates to your customers, and not much tops announcing your affiliation with Scenic Sotheby's International Realty. We recommend recording this video using BombBomb, and allowing our team to send it out on your behalf via BoomTown. There are two recording methods that can be leveraged depending on your comfort level.

Beginner

1. From the Chrome web browser on your computer, click on destinproperties.com Bookmarks and then BombBomb.
2. Login to your BombBomb account. New team members can find their username and password on their Credentials Google Doc found in Google Drive under My Drive.
3. Ensure your background looks professional and is clear of clutter. We recommend you avoid using a virtual background for this particular video to increase its authenticity, but if it is absolutely necessary that you do, we recommend you use a custom branded background available in Design Vault. New team members can find theirs in Google Drive under My Drive. You can learn how to create your own by clicking here.
4. In BombBomb, click on the orange New Video button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and choose Record Yourself.
5. On the New Video screen, title the video Company Change Announcement.
6. If you require a virtual background, click the Effects button in the lower right-hand corner of the video screen in which you appear and upload your custom branded background. New team members may find theirs has already been loaded.
7. Click the toggle next to Speaker Notes to enable that feature. We recommend using the script below as a basis for your message. You're welcome to adjust it, but make sure to include a call-to-action, and keep the length as close to 30 seconds as possible.

Before you begin:

• Practice your script, and be able to deliver your message without reading it. Record the video, watch and critique yourself, and re-record as many times as needed to nail it. Once you're satisfied with the results, click the orange Save button next to the video title.
• Pretend you're speaking to your best client. Remember – people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care. Even though this video is being sent to hundreds of people, make each of them feel like it was recorded just for them.
• Pump yourself up and bring energy to your message. And smile – it's contagious!

Advanced

The advanced method involves recording the same message above using the BombBomb app on your phone with a selfie ring light tripod stand in a location of your choice. This method requires that you be able to passionately deliver your message without reading it.

1. Mount your phone to your stand in landscape (horizontal) orientation when recording a video to be sent via BoomTown.
2. Once the video has been recorded, click the Edit button in the upper right-hand corner of the BombBomb app to rename the video Company Change Announcement.
3. Click the blue Save Edits button at the bottom of the app when complete.
4. If you're active on social media, we recommend recording an additional video in portrait (vertical) orientation and omitting the reference to your new real estate search site. We recommend recording this video outside of BombBomb to simplify uploading it to your preferred social media apps.
