The company does not provide computers, phones, or other personal devices to agents and their team members. Agents and their team members are responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and repairing their own technology and equipment.
To assist with technology needs, the company has arranged an exclusive IT support subscription with 30A Nerds. This service includes unlimited support, virus and malware protection, critical updates, hardware monitoring, and personal shopping.
Agents and their team members who decline this service accept full responsibility for any damage, loss, or harm to their devices, information, or data. By opting out, they also agree not to hold Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty responsible for any related claims, losses, or legal costs.
Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty is not liable for any damages or losses—including wire fraud, malware, cyber-attacks, or data breaches—resulting from a decision to decline this service.
