Flexible Workstation Options
To provide flexibility, unassigned drop-in workstations are available at each office. This allows team members to work from the location that best fits their schedule. However, a dedicated workstation may be available at your home office if you meet the earnings qualifications outlined below.
Earnings Requirements for a Dedicated Workstation
- To qualify for a dedicated workstation, an agent or team must earn at least $150,000 in the most recently completed compensation plan cycle.
- Each additional dedicated workstation requires an extra $100,000 in earnings.
Examples:
- 1 dedicated workstation: $150,000 in earnings
- 2 dedicated workstations: $250,000 in earnings
- 3 dedicated workstations: $350,000 in earnings
Assistant Workstations
- If an assistant occupies a dedicated workstation, the earnings requirement increases by $50,000 per assistant workstation.
Examples:
- 1 agent workstation + 1 assistant workstation: $200,000 in earnings
- 2 agent workstations + 1 assistant workstation: $300,000 in earnings
- 3 agent workstations + 2 assistant workstations: $450,000 in earnings
Requesting a Dedicated Workstation
- If an agent does not currently have a dedicated workstation but meets the earnings qualifications, they may request one.
- If no dedicated workstations are available, the agent will be placed on a waiting list.
- At the time a workstation becomes available, the agent must still meet the earnings qualifications.
Ongoing Eligibility & Space Availability
- Earnings for qualification are based on the most recently completed compensation plan cycle.
- If an agent's earnings fall below the qualifying amount when they renew their compensation plan, they will only be asked to vacate their dedicated workstation if there is another agent on the waiting list.
- Management will make every effort to accommodate those who qualify for dedicated space before asking someone who no longer qualifies to vacate their workstation.
General Guidelines
- The number of dedicated workstations occupied cannot exceed the number of people working together.
- If all dedicated workstations are occupied, management may reallocate space by requesting an assistant or team agent to vacate in favor of an incoming agent or team leader.
- If space is available, management may allow an agent to occupy a dedicated workstation without meeting earnings qualifications, but this arrangement may be discontinued with limited notice if the space is needed.
