License & Continuing Education Policy
All real estate agents must maintain an active real estate license in good standing as required by state law. Agents shall:
- Ensure timely renewal of their license and comply with all state-mandated requirements.
- Complete required continuing education (CE) courses to stay informed on industry regulations, best practices, and market trends.
- Provide documentation of completed CE courses upon request.
- Immediately notify Scenic Sotheby's International Realty of any changes to their license status, including suspensions or revocations.
- Stay informed about changes in real estate laws and ethical standards to ensure compliance in all transactions.
