All real estate agents must maintain an active real estate license in good standing as required by state law. Agents shall:

  • Ensure timely renewal of their license and comply with all state-mandated requirements.
  • Complete required continuing education (CE) courses to stay informed on industry regulations, best practices, and market trends.
  • Provide documentation of completed CE courses upon request.
