Send and Receive Faxes

Agents and their admin assistants do not have individual capability to send and receive faxes using the platforms provided by Scenic Sotheby's International Realty. However, each staff member can send and receive faxes electronically via their RingCentral applications. Agents and their admin assistants can share our main fax line with customers. When a fax is expected, notify a member of the staff. When received, a member of the staff will forward a PDF of the fax transmission to the recipient via email. When an agent or their admin assistant needs to send a fax, send the PDF needing to be faxed to an office administrator or a member of our operations team with the name and fax number of the intended recipient.
