All real estate agents representing Scenic Sotheby's International Realty are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards in their professional conduct. Agents must adhere to principles of honesty, integrity, and transparency in all dealings with clients, colleagues, and the public. Agents shall:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in all transactions.
- Act in the best interests of their clients while maintaining fairness to all parties.
- Disclose any conflicts of interest that may affect their professional judgment.
- Uphold confidentiality and respect client privacy.
- Refrain from misrepresentation, fraud, or any misleading practices.
- Abide by all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing real estate transactions.
