Conduct Listing Consultation
- Follow the process laid out on the Step 2 Worksheet.
- Review the Listing Launch Countdown document. When you arrive at the Affiliated Business Disclosure for Scenic Title, ask the seller for their authorization to close at Scenic Title. Doing so will enable you to request preliminary title and lien searches that can be made available to buyers who commit to close at Scenic Title. Click here for an example of what is included. Conducting preliminary title and lien searches enables us to speed up the due diligence process once under contract. Closing at Scenic Title also enables us to provide the seller with a consistent level of exceptional service throughout their entire selling experience.
- Complete the Listing Agreement and Registration of Non-MLS Form with the seller(s). If the seller agrees to a property inspection, leave the anticipated launch date on the Registration of Non-MLS Form blank. Doing so leaves the anticipated launch date open-ended, allowing as much time as is needed to conduct the inspection, make repairs, take photos and/or video, and prepare the collateral specified by the marketing plan prior to launch.
- Send the completed Listing Agreement and Registration of Non-MLS Form to the seller(s) via eSign 2.0. Click here to watch a video demo.
- If they have their phone(s) on them, you may offer to assist them with signing on the spot. Click here to watch a video demo.
- If you plan to utilize the Complete Listing Coordination service available in Scenic Connect, let the seller(s) know that after they sign the Listing Agreement, they will receive a five-page Property Information Form to complete if they have not already completed the copy included in your Pre-Listing Package by hand. You may elect to pull up the Property Information Form to review the requested details.
