The Listing Coordinator will take the reins of the MLS entry process. A completed Property Information Form is required when submitting the Complete Residential Listing Coordination task in Scenic Connect. If the listing has not been previously entered in MLS, the agent is requested to provide a completed MLS Listing Data Entry Form.  The Listing Agreement, ECAR’s Registration of Non- MLS Form and a Seller’s Disclosure should also be uploaded to the listing in Scenic Connect prior to submitting the CLC task.

Agent Responsibilities:

• Input Listing in Scenic Connect
• Upload Listing Agreement, ECAR Registration of Non-MLS Form, Seller’s Disclosure
• Schedule Photos with Photographer, Submit Photo Shooting Task
• Submit Complete Listing Coordination Task with completed Property Information Form and any other pertinent documents related to the property(survey, floor plan, HOA docs, current vacation rental revenue)
• Submit Marketing Plan task(*Agent can provide a detailed document or video with required property details to the Listing Coordinator to submit the task on his/her behalf)
• Provide Photo of Blue Flag Marker for Sign Install to Listing Coordinator(if applicable)
• Review ALL Marketing Tasks once completed by the Marketing team
• Review and Confirm Listing Photo Arrangement in Scenic Connect once completed by Listing Coordinator
• Review and Approve MLS Draft(s) 

Listing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Submit sign task if requested by Agent
• Arrange listing photos and notify Agent when ready for review
• Request Rental Projections(if applicable) 
• Confirm HOA assessment and new buyer fees( if applicable)
• Initiate the MLS Draft Listing, Enter/Update Listing Data, Upload Photos from Scenic Connect, Upload Pertinent Documents(Seller’s Disclosure, Survey, Floor Plans, Rental Actuals/Projections, HOA Documents)
• Request Agent to Agent Remarks for MLS Draft
• Send MLS Draft Link to Agent for Review
• Launch MLS Draft to Active With Approval of Agent
• Submit “Request Listing Activation” Task once Listing is MLS Active
