Photography

1. The photographers available for selection in Scenic Connect are all those on our preferred list who have agreed to abide by our Photography Guidelines. If you wish to work with a photographer not on our list, they must first be vetted by our marketing department.
2. The photographers on our preferred list are expected to load one set of high resolution photos – absent of text and graphics – directly into Scenic Connect. If you did not complete the Photo Shooting task in Scenic Connect, or your photographer sent you a link to download the photos from Dropbox or a comparable cloud storage service, provide this link while completing the Confirm Receipt of Listing Photos task in Scenic Connect.
3. If you're utilizing the Complete Listing Coordination service, our Listing Coordinator will select and arrange the listing photos on your behalf. Otherwise, you'll need to select and arrange the listing photos on your own. Click here to watch a video demo.
4. If you're utilizing the Complete Listing Coordination service, our Listing Coordinator will add the photos to the MLS listing on your behalf. Otherwise, you'll need to download the photos from Scenic Connect after selecting and arranging them and upload them on your own. Click here to watch a video demo.

Video

1. The videographers available for selection in Scenic Connect are all those on our preferred list who have agreed to abide by our Video Guidelines. If you wish to work with a videographer not on our list, they must first be vetted by our marketing department.
2. The videographers on our preferred list are expected to provide you with two versions of the video – one full-length, the other a 15-second edit – both absent of text, graphics and branding. You may request additional versions with text, graphics and branding but additional fees may apply. We do not host these additional versions.
3. Submit the Video Syndication marketing opportunity for the property in Scenic Connect.
4. If you're not utilizing the Complete Listing Coordination service, make sure you have an incomplete listing saved in MLS prior to the anticipated completion date of the video. Our video syndication process includes the addition of an MLS-compliant video player to the MLS listing.
