Step 1: Conduct Pre-Listing Interview

- Before conducting your listing interview phone call, print the Ninja Selling Pre-Listing Interview Worksheet. This can be found in Google Drive > Shared Drives > Listing Presentation Materials. Make sure you have a pen on you.
- Follow the process laid out in the worksheet.
- After your phone call is complete, send the seller(s) a Pre-Listing Interview Follow-Up Email. We recommend you save the options in this document as templates in Gmail.
- If previewing the property alone, send the seller(s) a calendar invite for the follow-up phone call to cover the items on the Ninja Selling Listing Consultation Step 1 Worksheet.
