Termination & Separation
- Staff Employees: Termination may occur due to performance issues, misconduct, or business restructuring. Employees are provided written notice and final paycheck per legal requirements.
- Independent Contractors: Agent contracts may be terminated for violation of company policies, licensing issues, or failure to meet contractual obligations.
- Resignation procedures, return of company property, and final compensation details will be addressed upon separation.
