Complete Commercial Listing Coordination
The Sotheby’s International Realty® brand does not support the marketing of commercial properties on sothebysrealty.com, or through its other property syndication channels, as it does residential properties. Because of this, we do not recommend that seller email addresses be entered into Scenic Connect, to avoid triggering automatic, twice-monthly seller reports.
As an alternative, Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty offers complete commercial listing coordination services to syndicate its commercial listings through the following channels, specifically targeting commercial real estate intenders or their intermediaries:
- Gulf Coast Commercial MLS
- Listing Agent Primary and Secondary MLS Systems
- Loopnet/CoStar
- Crexi
Loopnet and Crexi are premium, commercial-specific distribution portals the company subscribes to. These portals are not unlike FlexMLS, which is the well you turn to for residential properties. More often than not, commercial real estate agents are not members of the National Association of Realtors, and therefore do not have access to our primarily residential MLS portals. Loopnet and Crexi are the wells commercial real estate agents turn to for properties they can share with their commercial real estate intenders, so it is important we meet them where they are.
This service is accessed the same way as it would be for a residential listing. On the Listing Detail Page in Scenic Connect, Under the Listing Marketing Services task, look for Complete Listing Coordination. Make sure Commercial is selected in the drop-down, and that you click Yes. Then, click Submit.
From the Listing Detail Page, click on the Complete Commercial Listing Coordination task. Your photo should appear next to it, along with the Pending Info banner. Before you begin, please make sure to complete the ECAR FlexMLS Commercial Input Form, and have the following details available as applicable:

Notes to agent:
- Loopnet enables us to generate an activity report link that expires every 30 days. This will be shared with you every 30 days to use in your seller follow-up conversations.
- Agents may enter Loopnet leads in Scenic Connect as “Other” showings with applicable details if they wish to share this information with the seller via a manually sent seller report.
- If this is the first time you’re leveraging the Complete Commercial Listing Coordination service, you’ll receive an email from Crexi requesting that you verify your email address. This enables you to receive the same email notifications the company does when more information is requested about your listing.
- Another important benefit to verifying your email address with Crexi is so that you are able to login to Crexi and communicate with other users who requested information about your listing. Your free user access obscures other users’ email addresses and phone numbers so the only way to communicate back is through a Crexi account.
- The review process for the Complete Commercial Listing Coordination service utilizes BombBomb videos to capture additional details that may be shared, unique to the property type and classification. If additional details are known to you, they can be shared during the review process and entered into the applicable platform.
